Question about dismissed court case? (split)

Old topic but I need help.

My partner just had his case dismissed. He was arrested almost four years ago, the case was dragged out and in May, at the courthouse, the judge said if no evidence could be presented, they'd throw out the case. This week, after going to court several times, his case was dismissed for lack of evidence (he literally was in the wrong place at the wrong time and go caught up in a raid, there was legit nothing to tie him to any wrongdoing.)

So, when do file for green card for a spouse, do we need to include this on his application? Also, what other evidence to support his case could we present?

OP, you are wanting to file for a green card for a spouse under what eligibility? Your profile and posting history shows progression of an F2B visa. Are you now an LPR and in the US wanting to file for a spouse?

You have to disclose all as the application asks. When submitting police certificate, immigration will determine if a waiver is needed.

Have U ever been " arrested or convicted" of a crime must always be

answered truthfully (they already know) I would suggest you use an atty

because any arrest or crimes of the past USCIS decide on how to go about

it example what time you could have received & the crime...lawyer up & start

the process before ICE comes knocking

you can't lie to Immigration, believe me they know everything, so be honest if the question comes at the interview. on my interview a question came up that I have no idea they knew about it, but i answered honestly and everything went well.
