Hi everyone, I am a newbie here. I actually just created this topic since I don't know who to ask. Anyway, I'm from the Philippines and been here in the US for almost 3 years now. my husband and I just actually mail the jointly filed I-751 removal of condition on my residence, today July 18th. And my Conditional Green Card will be expired next month, August 20th. I have some few concerns, first, how long will it take to process the I-751 once USCIS received it? and the other thing is, there's an emergency happened in the Philippines, about my mom, she was rushed to the hospital and had a mild stroke. I am really worried about her, and wanting to travel back to the Philippines to see her but then I don't know if it is a good idea to leave the country while I'm on the middle of removing my condition on my residence. I don't know what to do? Is it ok to leave the country while processing the I-751?I really appreciate if anyone can helped me on this, Thanks in advance! :help:
