Hi everyone,

My fiancé called the NVC today to try to get our case number, and when he gave my date of birth he was told that's not what they had on their file!

He was told to email a scanned copy of my birth certificate and passport to asknvc@state.gov which I did today, I even emailed nvcinquiry@state.gov as well. I did not receive an auto reply from either and I'm beginning to worry that it won't be corrected. How can I know for sure if it was received?

Has anyone else dealt with this scenario? How was it corrected?

Thanks in advance!
