What does this mean exactly?

I read this could be a NOID?

My husbands temporary gc actually expired yesterday and were waiting on his permanent gc. I assume he will need to quit his job if this carrys on any longer?

Thank you for your help, kinda freaking out!

Sorry-

" On July 18th 2016 we began reviewing your form I-485 application to register permanent residence or to adjust status. receipt number..... We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you dont receive your notice by Aug 16th give us a call

1) Just began reviewing? Doesnt seem like its worded correctly

2) follow the instructions-okay doesnt seem to bad. We already had to do TWO REF for the TB screening paperwork, we didnt fill it out correctly- could this be the problem?

So worst case and it turns out to be a NOID, Now what?

If it has to do with finances, since we filed ive gotten a better paying job and probably dont need my mom as a co sponsor anymore.

What do you mean with "temporary green card"? If you're waiting for AOS, then you don't have a green card of any kind. Do you mean the Employment Authorization (EAD)? That isn't a green card, it merely allows you to work. If the EAD is expiring and you still haven't received a green card, then I believe you need to file for a renewal of the EAD -- but I could be wrong and someone else more knowledgeable should answer, after you've clarified if you are talking about the EAD expiring?

No green card until I-485 is approved. Could have filed to renew the EAD up to 180 days before it expired. Once expired, he is supposed to stop working. You need to file for a renewal, and perhaps ask for an expedite of the renewal, since you waited until it was expired already and he needs it now.

Thanks yall for your feedback. We decided hes just going to quit his job tomorrow (we looked at the EAD card and it expires tomorrow)

The reason why i wasnt worried about the EAD expiring because his gc should have been approved this month according to how long its taken in between the REF in the past. (Stupid thinking i know and reckless)

If we file for the renewal of the EAD (which took 4 months last time) and we hear from the USCIS in a week or two and that takes about 4-5 months (based on what it has been taking the past two times), theres no point of paying $380 filing fee just to be approved the same time as the EAD.

If it takes longer than 6 months, we will be kicking ourselves in the ###.

The renewal would be free.

Explain that better. I don't understand why you fill out TB screening paperwork. A doctor says yay or nay to whether you are cleared of TB.
