Kind of interesting observance when rescheduling

Hi everyone,

Been a while since I have been on but due to issues with the Bio father of my Fiancee's daughter it took quite some "bribing" to get him to sign off on a passport for her daughter, I scheduled her Consulate interview for the 29th of July but due to some scheduling conflicts I had to reschedule the interview, what I noticed when selecting dates is even though its past Midway July every date was available in August so I moved it to August 5th. I am noticing some people have had to schedule in Juarez up to September for lack of availability. Is the availability due to our NOA 2 date? Being from last year? Does our petition have some priority? I was thinking our petition has already been looked at and hence the easy availability of appointments.
