Average time for Green card after POE (merged)

I entered USA around one and a half months back. My green card fee $ 165 was paid twenty days before my POE. I have not received my green card yet.

1. How much time is taken by USCIS to physically issue a green card?

2. Is there any website to check the status ?

green card can take 4-6 weeks

I arrived in USA in May 2016. Its almost 3 months but I haven't receive my Green card yet. I called USCIS, the operator told me to wait for 120 days after fee payment.

Is it normal?

Whats your experience / observation?

What visa did you arrive on? You haven't filled out your timeline but posted in adjustment of status from family based visa, which suggest K-1 visa but your post seem to indicate CR-1???

If you came on CR-1, the green card takes up to a year to arrive, hence why the immigration visa in your passport acts as a temporary green card for up to a year.

If you came on a K-1, you need to apply for adjustment of status and have that approved first, before getting your green card.
