We applied on June 12, 2015 and our case was received by Nebraska Service Center. The case has taken too long they used to tall us that it was on hold due to background checks. Finally we passed that level and no hold no more...

Then the "Senator office" informed us that our case will be approved in June. June passed and nothing happened! We called the office again no response else "soon" or "wait".

After that Nebraska Service Center sent us an email informing us that we should expect a decision within 60 days then we submitted an inquiry but this time they said "we should expect a decision within 90 days". What's wrong with our application. We have excellent evidence and we really love each other although we're "24 and 22" years old!

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING! :clock:

not to add to frustration but i got responses from Nebraska saying 60 days, 60 business days, 30 days,

all were different

they received my case after the missouri office had it for 20 months / it took Nebraska 7 additional months to get the case done

it is frustrating as immigration doesn't keep anyone informed on progress / the sites are less than usefull

If they infromed case was ok ( this is not an approval BTW just the documents are all there) then yours probably went to NVC

From what i can see here NVC is taking a long time to get the new case numbers to everyone and infrome them of the next steps

How long did it take you to get approved after they responded different responses? Did it take 60 or 30 days?
