So... the usually shop(s) my fiancee goes to in Pampanga don't seem to "get it" even though we're using the requirements given on the state department website.

Does anybody know of a shop in Pampanga/San Fernando/Angeles that can get the digital photograph we need for the DS160?

Any input is appreciated.

Try any photo shop in a SM.

Just use a tool (irfanview, free) to resize whatever you have now digitally before selecting to use at the SD site.

I had mine taken in Tronix Robinson's San Fernando (Php 67, free soft copy. Cons: rude attendants) and Great Image in SM Pampanga (Php 250).

I wasted Php 130 in Photoline in Marquee Mall Angeles, but the image taken did not meet the photo requirements.
