hello friends, First i would like to thank everyone for this site and all the information input here. I have my packet ready to send, But have two quick questions to ask. My fiance had a petitioneer fill out a fiance visa for her about 1 and a half years ago. She went to interview and they needed more proof of relationship. She than found her fiance was fooling around with her friend and she broke it off. will this affect her at a new interview hearing. #2 I have never seen any posts about the 129f sec c question 2 about having more than 3 alcohol convictions. We'll I'm sorry to say yes I was a bit wild when I was younger I'm 28 now and had 3 underage drinkings and 1 dui. and one marijuana conviction(1 joint). These are all misdamenor offenses and the last one was over 8 years ago. Do you think this will affect me in anyway! Thank you for your input in advance

1. I'm not entirely sure if it needs to be disclosed, usually the petition limits are placed on the petitioner not the beneficiary. It might be better to make sure its disclosed and the reasons why it was abandoned, just in case questions arise.

2. Anything under 18 shouldn't affect the process now. But you may have to disclose or file a wavier for criminal convictions that have happened later. You will probably get better advice from an immigration attorney on this matter. You should be ok, but you might have to do some extra paperwork.

I have court records of the offenses dates and sentences and fines from my municipal courts that i will include as a supplement to that question I'm hoping this will be enough honesty and info for the examiner. thank you for your response

Only disclose what is legally required.

Most juvenille records are sealed. Introducing them would be foolish and unnecessary and a crazy waiver of your rights (assuming you were charged as a minor).

Find a lawyer or research more about your criminal convictions to make sure. But there IS such a thing as dumb honesty.

And the I-129F is concerned with whether YOU have filed before, not whether your beneficiary has had a petition filed on her behalf. You should be fine so long as your fiancee has no current I-129F or K1 pending on her behalf.
