Correct steps?

I just want to make sure that I completely understand what I am even doing.

So far my I-129F was approved on June 25th. I read online to start calling NVC after two weeks of your NOA2 letter.

What I have done so far was called the NVC asking for my MNL number. They told me to try again next week (July 20th)

Here is everything I plan to do once I get the MNL number:

*Copy of my G325A (I will not send I-129F copy)

*1.3X1.3 Picture of myself (Two copies)

*Copy of my passport

*Photo's of my Fiancee and me together (About 30 picutures)

*Proof of our relationship

*Proof of employment

*Copy of my Birth certificate

*One of my W-2's

*Fill out the I-864 form

*Copy of my RFE reply

*Copy of my whole year pay subs (My job is currently my first job)

*Copy of my Bank accounts last six months

*Receipts with my name on from when I was in person with her

*Copy of my flight ticket to visit her

All those papers will be sent to my Fiancee in the Philippines once I get MNL number. Am I doing everything correctly? From my understanding, I will just mail her those papers and she will do the rest. She will pay medical fee and the second K-1 Visa fee. So far I have only paid the first fee which was made out to USCIS.

You don't use the i-864 form for the K-1. You use the i-134.

On certain USCIS forms you can not send a copy. They must have your original signature.

I was planning on sending her a paper with all of my families birthdays, my information, things like that.

The Philippines embassy is an easy one, I wouldn't worry about the birthday list.
