hello friends, First i would like to thank everyone for this site and all the information input here. I have my packet ready to send, But have two quick questions to ask. My fiance had a petitioneer fill out a fiance visa for her about 1 and a half years ago. She went to interview and they needed more proof of relationship. She than found her fiance was fooling around with her friend and she broke it off. will this affect her at a new interview hearing. #2 I have never seen any posts about the 129f sec c question 2 about having more than 3 alcohol convictions. We'll I'm sorry to say yes I was a bit wild when I was younger I'm 28 now and had 3 underage drinkings and 1 dui. and one marijuana conviction(1 joint). These are all misdamenor offenses and the last one was over 8 years ago. Do you think this will affect me in anyway! Thank you for your input in advance

I can not answer your questions about the convictions, I hope someone else with more experience and knowledge would jump in and help you soon.

About the other question tho, your fiance has to be honest and state that yes, someone did file for her before. When she's questioned at the interview, just tell her to say the truth. The immigration would know about the previous filings. They even know that someone had been denied a visa or entry to the states without them telling.
