thank u guys.my case i transfer in progress as i check in nvc system. from riyadh consulate to manila consulate..and i dont have any idea how long does it take to transfer.now can i fill up now the ds 160 and make an appointment?and also to do medical examination? AND DO I NEED TO PAY NOW AT BPI?

May I check with you, if there's other way to know if the file is physically at USEM?

CEAC shows "Ready" but according to the lady from USEM #, "case has not reached yet"

Also, do you have idea how long will it take to reach USEM?

Are they going to send notice to beneficiary?

I can't say as every Embassy is different. My guess is usually about 2-3 weeks. If CEAC is showing ready at USEM then it's safe to begin your process.

03-02-2016-we request to change the adres of the beneficiary

03-18-2016 uscis give us feedback its granted

04-12-2016 RFE they need all the stamp in my passport

05-31-2016 rfe recieve by uscis

06-07-2016 noa2 approved but they put other consulate:( so we request to transfer!!!!!

07-12-2016 recieve hard copy noa2

07-27-2016 nvc created case

07-12-2016 consulate recieved other consulate!!!!! we emailed them many times!!!!

07-14-2016 transfer in progress

07-19-2016 case is ready!!!! yeheyyyy
