Hello guys i have question in form i 864

My wife is an american and she has no job because she still study

And we gor joint sponsor but as u know that she has to fill form i 864 and i attached that question which idk how to answer it in houshold size and i am the only imigrant and idk what my wife check in that question ?

there is no attachment, but if you are asking about section 5, household size

she marks 1 for you as the intending immigrant, on number 1

number 2 is already done for her, yourself is the petitioner and primary sponsor

at the end on number 8, she totals and the total is 2

In part 6 my wife has no job so she checked unemployed but down there is a date writen sine ...... What to write in that date and she didnt work before

In part 6 too number 20 idk if my wife need to check it or not ?

yes, that's in case the petitioner is filing for someone other than spouse, to include spouse in household size. if you read the instructions, the instructions say to not count the same person twice

remember that this is a general affidavit of support, used to petition for spouse, as well as family members such as children, parents and siblings

she will need to attach a letter explaining why she isn't required to file taxes

she will have to put a date and yes, check number 20

in the letter she will have to explain the reason why she never filed taxes, if she never worked, that would be the reason
