If you're so concerned about anyone potentially watching a child I suggest you start legislation to eliminate public locker room showering, where everyone at any moment could be potentially naked in front of one another.

What's stopping a woman watch an eight year old daughter take a shower then? Please tell us how a fully transitioned transgender person is no longer magically a potential suspicious pervert? Please tell us how a 'real man' isn't in a boy's locker room getting his jollies right now?

I think I will start wearing a pervert alarm whistle every time a little boy decides to get his jollies by peering under the stall door. It's so terrifying.

Eliminate locker rooms thru legislation. How about tacking on a competence test for voters also. Jesus it's scary to think about how naive our voters are today.

Yet when someone kills someone with a gun, the fact that guns are available (and need to be taken away from law-abiding citizens) is the common theme. No one seems to address the crazy holding the weapon as the actual problem.

I thought we all beat this dead horse in the other bathroom bill thread, in which it was pretty clearly explained that there is no law that prevents NB from entering the women's restroom or dressing room - and there are many scenarios why a man may enter a woman's room etc. It's what his intent is there, that is the question.

It is no different than a man entering a men's room and committing a lewd act, or a woman entering a woman's room and committing a lewd act. The act is the problem, not the gender.
