interview location change after move

Hi all,

I was going to submit my I-130 and I-485 this week but here's the problem: my wife and I will be moving from east to west coast in August, which will presumably be before we get an invitation for an interview. I don't know how the interview location is decided, but am assuming it's based on the location where the filing couple lived when they filed. So will we have to fly back to the east coast for the interview? Or will I be able to somehow let uscis know of our new addres once we have moved. If this is not an option, I'm afraid I will have to wait until we live on the west coast before we apply for my green card.

or can anybody direct me to a telephone number of uscis where I could inquire to get an answer to this question? I was only able to find an automated service which didn't answer this. If anybody on this list got invited to an interview before she/he should be able to partly answer my question: when inviting you for the interview, did they specify a specific location in the area where you filed, or was there an option to chose locations?
