How do I find the documents to file an emergency expedite ?

How? The documents gathered are up to you. You need to submit evidence to back up your expedite request.

If medical, Doctors notes, letter, Financial show the financial hardship, Deployment show the order of deployment, etc.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

3/31/2020: submitted service request for being pass normal processing time
4/7/2020: Card being produced
4/8/2020: Approved
4/10/2020: Card mailed
4/15/2020: 10 year green card received

6/13/2019: Biometrics Appt
2/27/2020: Citizenship Interview
4/7/2020: In queue for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled

I think she meant, What application/form is submitted to file for an expedite?

I've never done or know anyone that's done one. Idk

There is no specific form you file; as mentioned, you simply submit as much documentary proof as you can, with a cover letter.

Please fill in your timeline- where are you in the process? Ror example for USCIS, you usually call them, and they will give you a fax number to fax your docs to.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Oh ok I'm already aproved with the i-130 now my case is sent to the NVC I called and asked them about the expedite and they said to go on the web site but I couldn't find anything , so I guess I'll be submitting my doctors letter to them , it's for my husband who is waiting for his visa in Costa Rica I'm a natural born us citizen and I'm also pregnant and I'm a high risk pregnancy right now hopein they will grant him it fact as the uscis granted me there's , any other info would really help me right now thanks

March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

I've seen expedites approved when the pregnancy was high risk/ bedrest was medically indicated (not for regular pregnancy). So just get letters from your doctor; if you can get more than one, say one from your primary care physician and one from your OB/GYN, and one from your high risk specialist, even better.
