I am having confusion who's employment letter are they referring as one of the requirements in AOS. Is it from my husband or mine? As of now, i dont work yet.

They are referring to the letter of employment of the affidavit of support's sponsor. In that case, it's usually the USC spouse.

The sponsor. If you are sponsoring your husband, then you need a letter from your job; if he is sponsoring you then you need a letter from his job. If you are sponsoring him and you dont have a job, you need to find a cosponsor.

Include a letter written by the US citizen's employer with your affidavit of support.

Basically, your employer letter should state "To whom it may concern: (first name,last name) has been employed

full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an

annual salary of $XXXX. Signed, John Doe, Supervisor (or whatever title)" The letter should be on company

letterhead.
