Hi everyone,

So USCIS sent NVC i-140 package on april 28, 2016. After waiting the 60 days, on June 27, 2016, the NVC is saying they never received it. Before this, they have both been ping-ponging it back and fourth, telling me that the other has it. I called NVC yesterday to try and figure out what is going on, and all I was told was that they do not have it, and that my ONLY option is to email an NVC email address and wait. No timeline was given. They said it could take months.

Can someone explain what is going on and if I have any other options aside from sending the entire application in again?

Hi I would call USCIS back and speak with a tier 2 supervisor and explain the situation to them and if they give you the run around as always go to your congressman's office to put an inquiry into this matter. Good luck
