Ok so I got the invoice numbers and I entered them on the website and got this message:

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

What does this mean?

The DS-261 is now unlocked. Only problem is I am moving in the next week or so and I'm not sure what my new address is yet. Is it easy to change my address when I move or should I wait to fill out this form until I have my new address?

Teddy is right; they don't contact you via snail mail, only through email. Just make sure you put in your new address on the DS-260 though because that will be the address they send the GC to.

I finally established where I am moving to (might have an oppurtunity to buy a nice house I will be renting). I know it probably wont be an issue but I want to make sure. If the address on the DS 261 doesn't match my address that I gave USCIS will it cause any issues? Should I get a new employer letter with my new address? As soon as I have an answer I will be filling out the DS 261 and calling the NVC to hopefully verify it over the phone. By the way I am doing all of this on my laptop from my car. The new place I moved to doesn't have internet hooked up yet so I am tethering with my cell phone and I have to drive 15 miles to get a signal. That is how badly I want to get this done lol.

Edit: Just checked my email and I recieved 4 emails from NVC. Checking them out now.

NVC always states that if you move, you have to notify them as soon as possible so that all their information is updated. So I suggest you either call NVC as soon as you can to get that settled, or you can fill out their form online (https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php).

I got impaitent and filled out the DS261s already. If I call them and tell them that is my new address will it be fine? Was going to call to verify the DS261s anyways.

I think you'll be fine. They can edit it all on their computer anyway ;) Just call as soon as you can though.

My AOS fee is already unlocked (can't pay it until Friday though :( ). I am going to call NVC now and verify the DS261s and tell them about my address. Then I will get all my paperwork together before Friday and send it in. Also I will pay the IV fee Friday if it is unlocked and do the DS260.
