Ptb before, but no sign of scar in the lungs

Good day, Im really confuse if I will tell that I had ptb last 2013, I religiously take my medicine for 6 mos. But when Im done my x ray from the other hospital it all turn out that my lungs are clear for 3 consecutive years, no sign of scarring. Im nearing to my medical that's why Im searching, I don't wanna delay our papers. Plsss... help ?

If they ask you if you had been previously diagnosed with PTB you must tell the truth. You have to say you we're diagnosed in 2013, but you had completed the 6mon treatment medications.

My husband has the same worries, which is why I told him to bring along his recent xrays to his medical next month, just so they have something to compare.

Oh, I see. In my case I have 3 xrays, 1 for this month and 2 for the past years. My xrays are all clear, no scar signs of ptb that's why I want to know, for me to skip the sputum test?

Just bring them along with you to prove that you're clear ?

Yes, I will but I don't have my schedule for interview yet. Our papers are still at NVC.☺

Unforunately, you probably will still have to do the sputum test

If you are clear, don't worry, I know it adds time so patience is required here

Provide documents of your treatment along withy our medical exam. They want to see this from you and it won't delay more than it should. I was treated for TB years ago and we had to get the diagnosis along with my complete explained treatment. As long as your xray is clean, you should be fine, too.
