the first filing for AOS was denied because i did not fill in the papers correctly, i refiled the correct papers and received an RFE. the form had changed from the time i filed until the time for review. had to refile the form for the affidavit of support. because of my situation i dont file taxes, the second RFE was for tax forms for the last three years. after the second RFE we had a infopass to speak to a agent, she assisted me in getting the hard copy so i could respond to the RFE (another story about the post office stating cannot deliver or forward the letter from USCIS) the agent who was working my case worked on Sunday (the day my AP was approved). now the wait for the green card..........
