Wrong name on DHL letter

My husband went this morning to his interview in Ciudad Juarez. They told him his Visa was approved. One he got back to the hotel he showed me the paperwork they gave him and the DHL paper they gave him has the wrong info on it. Name Passport number and case number. I husband went back up to the consulado and they told him that's fine that's just a receipt. But on the letter it says he must take that letter to the DHL office when picking up his packet. Has this every happened to anyone?

If it's the green approval letter it's just an example name passport etc. I thought the same thing
