The process is not cheap

you must have met in person so if you haven't, there is a trip to make

the fee is over $400

the other fees at NVC stage are about 300 and other was 88

then the visa fee of $165

AOS is $1050 after spouse comes

and the fees, once paid, are not refundable such as the first 3 i Mentioned

I say this as chances of an 18 year old having an income of $20025 to meet the 125% poverty guidelines are slim

but everyone here is here to help and we wish you the best

This seems to be the fee schedule for the K-1?

K-1s are for citizens only, an LPR would need to be married already to petition their significant other.

There is no Adjustment of Status for a spousal visa.

Current fees are

I-130 petition fee = $420

IV fee = $325

AOS (affidavit of support) fee = $120

Medical = approx $300

Green card production fee = $165

That's just the minimum to get into the country. There may be translation fees too plus the cost of police record checks.

Then the ticket to the USA and moving belongings.
