Last week I sent my AOS papers and this morning, i received an e-mail stating my case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number @&-/)):$.

What's the average days when being processed at NBC? Do all k1 AOS files being forwarded to National Benefits Center alone or also in other service centers?

It takes about 75-90 days to get the EAD/AP combo card.
We filed in May 2015 and still don't have the GC, some stay at NBC and some are transferred to local or even other

out of state field offices. Many K1's don't get interviews.

NVC Received : some dinkelsberry yehoo in the house of clingons send our petition to the wrong consulate.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

US Entry : Nov. 21, 2014

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Email &text : May 18, 2015, check cashed May 19,2015, return receipt May 21, 2015 stamped USCIS Lockbox, NOA1 (3x) May 22,2015

Biometrics : June 1, 2015 letter received for appointment June 8, 2015, successful walk-in June 1, 2015

RFE : June 12, 2015 for income not meeting guideline. Income does ( ! ) exceed guideline.

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

Emails : Aug 24, 2015, EAD approved, EAD card ordered.

EAD/AP (renewal) approval Aug 22, 2016, NOA2 received Aug 25, 2016

Renewal EAD in production notification text and online, expedite successful 4 days after RFE request response was faxed, Aug25mailed,Aug29received.

Sept. 21 Interview, 2 hour interview, we were separated and asked about 50 questions each for an hour each. IO was firm but professional, some smiles.
Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Wow you've been waiting for a while. I thought that the timeframe would be a little shorter.

Damn, I hope you guys hear something soon. If not, start contacting congressperson and ombudsman. Your wait time is getting into the obscenely ridiculous zone.

We are in background checks according to tier2.

Not much I can do and it's ok with me if they delay another 5 months so he can get the 10 yr GC.

Money and hassle saved, sick and tired of this process.

What makes me nervous is not getting the EAD/AP card soon enough, they seem to be a bit delayed too.

We may decide to request a EAD expedite after day 75.

My NOA1 just arrived today in our mailbox.

i'm trying to track my case using my receipt number but the USCIS tracker app seems not validating it.

You'll be fine. there is also the k1 visa in the middle of the page of your passport or your ph passport will do.

Biometrics is scheduled on august 8.

Is my Philippine passport a valid photo ID to be brought for the Biometrics? it's the only Photo identification i have here with me. I have not had any state issued ID yet.

03/18/2019 - Letter Notification Received for Biometrics waived.

06/03/2019 - Received Biometrics appointment notice  (usps). (notice date 05/24/2019)

06/04/2019 - Sent request to reschedule biometrics appt for 1 day delivery using usps since wife is out of the country.

06/05/2019 - ASC center received request to reschedule biometrics.

07/23/2019 - We ordered your new card online status!

07/24/2019 - Case Approved online status.

07/31/2019 - Received Green Card!
