Lawyer says to wait for bill from NVC? We need your advice and help

Thank you for the many replies in my request for assistance. I may be made an error in my post. What we are told is, we are to "wait for the notice to pay the K Visa application fee"...not pay NVC for their services, I miss spoke about that. Everything else is ready. We prepared it all, carefully and the attorney has reviewed it. I did read somewhere (it gets confusing) that within about 30 days of receiving our notice that we "elegible to schedule our visa interview..we should get a notice directing us to pay the fees. The attorney has done very well for us, thus far. Perhaps it is the DS 160. All I know is he asked for "every place she lived, and every place she worked, her schooling, complete dates "day" month and year for all residences, etc., from age 16. It's done, checked and rechecked several times. We know it's right. I have faith in our attorney. Hoping to hear back from him tomorrow.
