She is applying for her mom right now,

She works for a massage center as a front desk, however, her employer give her 1099 instead of w2.

So in the occupation, what she should write? self employed or host?

i HAVE ONE MORE QUESTION,. Her income is not enough, so she is asking her bf as a joint sponsor.

Her bf's household is only 1 and after include her mom, 2 people.

Her bf's 2013 and 2014 income were over $50,000. his total income for 2015 was $28,000, but adjusted gross income was only $16,000. So does he qualify to be a joint sponsor? Or may he just quote total income instead of adjusted gross income?

whatever his income was last year on his W2, that's what he filed for taxes before adjusted gross income, so he earned more than enough for 2

both last year's income as current income are important

One more question, since he is self employed and he gets 1099 instead of w2, how can he prove his current income since he dont get pay stubs every month or every two weeks

that's not right, if she doesn't get a paystub or anything from the employer, how does she know she is paid correctly?

even with a 1099 her employer should give her something she can have, a paystub or a copy of something for her to keep

is she paid in checks or direct deposit? she has to have a copy of something for her records and proof of payment
