Hey everyone,

 

Are there any other July filers who are still waiting for approval from USCIS? It's been almost 290 days and no approval yet on my case.

Yup I'm still waiting also pd July 25th  I did an case inquiry in feb an nothing so I called and spoke to a supervisor on Thur and was told my inquiry states that my petition is in line to be processed by an officer. I don't even know what that is suppose to mean I'm guessing I atleast made it pass the background check I don't know anymore I'm so frustrated. The supervisor told me if I don't get an answer within 60 days to call back

Hey there, we are still wating for a USCIS approval too!
our pd is also 7/25 so i guess we have that in common!
I live abroad so making a case inquiry is a bit difficult for us, but hoping to finally do one this coming week!

We just told them we were waiting for 2 weeks more than the time they announced and we were already way past the processing time so we wanted at list an answer to our inquiry. And they submitted an other inquiry for us, visibly specifying that this inquiry should have a quick answer. And few days later they visibly sent one but we still didn't receive it so I kind of doubt they really did...

Thank you so much for your response! We are still waiting for another response. Hopefully we'll hear something soon.

We are still waiting, pd July 29th. I submitted a report late February and had not heard back from them. So I called them at the beginning of April and they somehow submitted another request? I don't know. I'm with you, it's so frustrating. They told me they were waiting for the background check. Then soon after, I received a letter from them about the first inquiry in February?! It mentioned to call back after 60 days if I didn't receive an answer by then. Im going to call again and ask about that letter now. Approaching 270 days.

Thanks everyone for sharing your updates. We also submitted an inquiry in addition to contacting our state senator and were given the same information re: background check and to contact them in 60 days. 

This is incredibly frustrating - I feel you all. I'll let you know as soon as I hear something. Wish you all good luck.

Sound exactly like my situation this is becoming ridiculous

We just found out our application was approved finally after 9 months! Hopefully those who are still waiting will know something soon :-)
