My NOA 1 is July 18th and my case was transferred to Potomac service center in November 4th and until now I didn't hear anything. It's now 178 days since I sent my file.

I think my case is the only case which was transferred to another service center without any reply until now ?

I know it is a long shot but in the email to a USCIS Service Centers

If you contacted the National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than 30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry:

State you are aware that : If you do not receive a response within 21 days of contacting the Service Center, you may contact the USCIS Headquarters Office of Service Center Operations by email at SCOPSSCATA@dhs.gov.

https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us

This will focus the mind of any reader of your email.

... nothing ventured, nothing discovered :-)

The USCIS website now says that Texas Service Center is processing I-130 applications from July 4, 2016 as of November 30, 2016.

My PD is July 1st.  This is SO frustrating. I submitted a Tier 1 service request on December 2 and received a response on December 14, 2016, stating that they had to perform an additional review but that it was with an adjudicating officer and I would receive a decision within 60 days. So now when I try calling to speak to a Tier 2 rep, I'm told to call back after February 14 if I haven't heard anything.

I almost feel like it would have been better if my case stayed in Nebraska because I'm now seeing people approved with a PD after mine!

We share the same PD and when we called they gave us no more information than we knew. No NOA2 yet and this is very frustrating. I filled the e-inquiry form and i feel like it will take years to get approved

It's frustrating as hell. At least we can all commiserate together! My senator's office is working on getting information for me as well, but from talking to the staff they seem to be getting the same runaround that I'm getting.
