I-134 out of date?

I see that on the USCIS site that the I-134 is expired: (https://www.uscis.gov/i-134, OMB No. 1615-0014; Expires 02/29/2016). Is there an updated version somewhere?

click under the edition date , the date on the upper right of the form doesnt relate to ppl using the form

Do not worry about the expiration date. As long as you file with the latest form from USCIS.com, you are fine.

I am not sure about this but I believe the I-134 was substituted by the I-864. Maybe you should double check on that or someone else could explain better than I.

It's actually not. I864 is the form my petitioner had to fill as my sponsor for my CR1 visa application. And we are applying from Brazil! I-864 is the Affidavit of Support form. But he is doing a K1, I just saw that. I can't really tell much about the k1, apparently I134 is for K1 and I864 for IR visa.

The I-134 is for nonimmigrant K-1 visas.

The I-864 is for immigrant visas and adjustment of status for green cards.
