We have two weeks until we can submit our I-751 and we're kind of rushing to get everything together due to a recent death in the family. If anyone can just review what I have at this moment, and tell me what I may need, or what I may not need, or if everything so far looks ok, I would appreciate it.

List of evidence

Cover Letter

  • Application and biometrics fee - $590
  • Form I-751
  • Copy of USCIS Form I-551 (Permanent Resident Card)
  • 2 photographs
  • Copy of USPS Change of Address confirmation
  • Copy of apartment lease and statement in regards to joint occupancy and copies of important mail correspondence showing joint occupancy
  • Copy of driver’s licenses showing joint residency
  • Copy of several months bank statements showing XXX as the federal fiduciary of XXX Veteran’s Affairs compensation benefits, and copies of XXX checking account showing XXX Social Security disability deposits (Note, spouse is unable to obtain a personal account)
  • Printed copy of Veteran’s Affair’s eBenefits profile showing XXX as a dependent on XXX compensation award.
  • Copy of our joint US tax transcript for the year 2015
  • Copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership
  • Copy of our credit cards USAA Visa, USAA Mastercard, and American Express, showing joint financial accounts
  • Copy of XXX company life insurance showing XXX as beneficiary
  • Copy of current car insurance with USAA and previous policy with The General
  • Tennessee Medical Advanced Directives for XXX and XXX
  • Copy of all relevant documents pertaining to vacations taken while here on conditional residency
  • Copy of Verizon Wireless bill showing two phone lines for each of us on the account (Page 2 under Breakdown of Charges)
  • Photographs taken over the course of XXX's two year conditional residency

PLEASE NOTE : My wife is the only one on the lease, I wrote a statement as to why, due to credit issues and the fact of an eviction before my bankruptcy with the same company which would cause me to be denied to be listed as an occupant. We have PLENTY of evidence of join residency.

How are we looking? Would love to hear what we could do to really solidify this and make it an open and shut case like we did with the IR-1 visa getting over here.
