My middle name isn't on my Canadian passport, but it is on some of my Canadian id cards. It is on my birth certificate.

Now when my husband files for the I-130 and I-129F should we exclude my middle name because it's not on my passport ? (it's not on our marriage certificate either because they used my passport as proof of ID).

Thanks for the input

I'd suggest that you put your middle name as well to make it thorough. Just in case if they ask for your birth certificate, they can instantly verify you. Some people received RFE for the beneficiary birth certificates sometimes.

Cat,

Put what you name is, whether or not you always use all of it.
