Recent update but no change in statuc, CEAC website

Case in administrative processing, recently there was a new update on CEAC, the date on Status Update Date changed but it remains in administrative processing, any idea what this means?

I never paid real attention to the date, but I think this is the second time it changes.

I am experiencing the same issue and dont know what it actually means.

I DID DNA WITH MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER, THE RESULTS HAS BEEN RECIEVED AT THE EMBASSY IN GHANA SINCE MAY 30, BUT UNTIL NOW THE STATUS UPDATED DATE HAS BEEN CHANGING EVERY WEEK BUT STILL ON AP.

I HAVE SEND THEM AN EMAIL BUT NO RESPONSE YET. ITS SO FAUSTRATING AND DISRESPECTING.

ATLEAST AN ACKNOWLEGMENT OF RECIEPT OF THE RESULTS AND AN EMAIL INFORMING APPLICANTS WILL HAVE BEEN BETTER.

THEY NEED TO RESPECT APPLICANTS A BIT

Me and my husband are going threw the same thing he had his interview in Ghana on the 4 of may and they still have his passport

yes we have emailed them and no reply i finally called my senator for help

Sorry just now seeing this.. They requested a new aos and tax documents he sent that in June and we're still waiting I finally called the senators office and all they did was update it on the 18th of July after a month of not being updated I'm so tired of this

Honestly the process is so frustrating.

There is no number to call

they dont acknowledge receipt of documents

they dont reply emails

they dont communicate with applicants

I wonder if such treatment is metted out to applicants from Europe like that.

atleast they could setup a pay-per-call numbers to address the needs of iv applicants.

I pray they respond to me soon

I'm in the same boat. So did you figured out what it means?
