k3 waiting time

I send the I 129F, or K3 for my wife 10 days ago I haven't get back anything from them. how long do I have to wait for a reply. how long do I have to wait for NOA. is that late that I filed the I 129f after 4 month I filed the I 130?

The timelines will be better to help you determine this. Just go to the timelines select K-3 advance view, and filter for your country.

Your profile shows immigrant country as USA and filed for N/A, never heard of a N/A visa, and I don't think a person world be immigrating from the USA, so I cannot give you a better answer.

And why not help us all out and start a timeline? That section of the site is very useful, but is only useful if people do them.

Yes, you need to fill out your timeline. We need to know which embassy it is going to. Based on VSC timelines it looks like it could take over 3 months for you to get your NOA2. Your I-130 might get approved sooner since I think you said you filed it 4 months ago ??? I'm confused.

Recently VSC has been known to skip the NOA1 or receipt for K visas and just send the NOA2 approval notice. You can check to see if they cashed your check. Please fill in your timeline.

thanks avery body for all what you sugested. I am a newbie !! I did update my profile. hope I did right.

after the message I send this morning worried..I checked my case status in the afternoon and guess what my I130 get approved today and when I get home I fined a NOA1 from my 129f .

I have an advise for all the married couple. please don't do like me and wait just for I 130. Files for the K3 visa that will make the I130 touched or more get approved.

I didn't get my I 130 NOA 2 yet but they said that they mailed it on the 18/03/07. I guess I willget it soon.

Please tell me what is next. thanks a lot for your help. how do I update my timeline also.
