How long after the interview can we expect the embassy to deliver my wifes passport with the IR-1 visa?

We've heard different time lines, from 3 days to 1 month.

anyone who has done it recently please let us know how long they took.

No one can answer

Does it say approved?

Does it say issued?

some even though approved go into AP

ours took 2 weeks from approval to pick up at embassy

make sure immigraiton and the embassy have a good email ID to inform you of the pick up or delivery

Send IV/AOS Package: 23 Mar 2015
Submit DS-261: 26 Mar 2015
Case Completed at NVC: 24 Apr 2015
Interview Date: 22 Sep 2015
Visa Approved: 22 Sep 2015
Visa Received: 03 Oct 2015
