Alright, I'm sure this topic has been started several times, but I need sort of a checklist.

We received NOA1 on Februray 22nd. My finacé will be in Kuwait from May on, so I just wanna make sure he can send all the documents we will need to me already so that I can send them to the CSC once they ask for it.

Is there anything else besides the tax returns we will need from him?? Or will the rest be just up to me? Because I'm pretty sure I got everything together what I need...

Thanks for quick answers.

Steffi

CSC wont need or ask for tax return info until after your fiancee enters the USA, marry, and file for AOS. Your will need them as part of the I-134 Affidavit of support used at the Visa interview at the consulate.

:guides: There is quite a detailed list of things there.
