Hi all,

I have my interview in a week's time in the US Embassy in Accra, Ghana. Our petition was approved, case number acquired, evidence gathered, and medical examination complete with all other required documents. For the Affidavit of Support, due to the fact my Fiancee doesn't make enough income on her own to sponsor me not to become a public charge, her aunt (legal guardian) also completed an Affidavit of Support and provided all the required additional documents (W2, employment letter etc..). Her aunt also provided a legal Letter of Guardianship to show that she took care of my Fiancee due to the fact my fiancee's parents were unfit to take care of her from a young age. The aunt receives very high income from her work. So overall, what I want to ask is that, is it fine to have a Joint Sponsor? Do I submit both the aunt and my fiancee's Affidavits of Support or do I submit just her aunt's (since she meets the income requirements)? Is it mandatory that my fiancee has to be my sponsor? If anyone knows the answers to these questions, that would be greatly helpful and appreciated! :)

Thank you!

Your fiancée will always have to be your primary sponsor, and as such she will have to supply a i134, in addition to the one supplied by her aunt

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.
