My fiancee lacks self-confidence and wants to bring a friend or her ate with her to St Lukes. It is my understanding that a fiance cannot go with the woman to St Lukes. I don't know if that is correct, but that's my understanding. The question is, can a friend or relative go with her for support?

K-1 Application sent 2-16-16

Received at Dallas lockbox 2-18-16

Nope, her friend will not be allowed in.

Your fiancee best work on her self confidence, she has a interview to do ... alone (unless you are flying over), and then there is CFO ... and CFO eats timid types for breakfast.

You situation was different because of your child.

No, they can not accompany your asawa to SLEC, but you can go with them to the embassy.

No other person apart from the applicant can go to SLEC. The reason is the limited seating and the crowd. Like what others have said, there are special occasions that some are allowed to be accompanied because they have a kid, special needs, or are very old. Self confidence is not part of the special needs.

Fiance/e or spouse who is a US citizen can accompany only during appointments to the US embassy.

You will not be allowed into St. Luke's. There are some fast food joints near by. ;)

Attending the interview at USEM is great!!
