Hi there, I hope this is in the right section as it's AoS related, though not from a Family Based Visa.

I was curious as to whether my husband (who has come from the UK) can study medical transcription online, at all while waiting for his AoS to be seen to/dealt with/heard back from?

Money is getting tight and I'd like for him to be able to get a decent paying job as early as possible, studying now while we wait would help a lot.

Little background information to hopefully help with answering. He didn't enter on a k1 or k2 visa, he entered on an ESTA visa waiver and we got swept up in love and got married while he was on it. We were told by one of those pay-as-you-go lawyers online that if we did that and filed for an AOS, he wouldn't have to leave. So yeah, just filed. Wondering if he can study at all. He has no SSN yet.

Thanks In Advance!

Gabrielle and Michael!
