Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but my husband just got transferred to CSC on Monday. Does this DEFINITELY mean no interview? Are there any other things it definitely means?

It's the gov't NOTHING is certain. Seldi got transferred back to TSC. Others have been transferred back to MIssouri as well. Nothing is for sure.
