How much time TO get invoice Number from national VISA center

Are you sure NVC has recieved it already? NVC is fast, it's usually a matter of a few days only. What's taking so long is USCIS sending it to NVC. For some reason USCIS is super slow with everything they do.

You're welcome to try of course, maybe you're lucky. I see you're on a CR-1/IR-1, it might be different for you.

Like you said its just been 13 days. Has your status on USCIS changed to sent to Department of State (NVC). It takes 4 to 6 weeks to get a case#. Usually arrives in NV in 2 weeks from approval. No need to email NVC. It takes 30 days for them to answers you anyway.

Feel free to call them and ask if our petition has arrived. Please read the NV process wiki so you can prepare yourself ad know all that you need to do.

Because they are a K1 filer. You have to be patient.

I didn't check your info and automatically thought you were going for a K-1. The time for NVC to receive an approved petition from USCIS for a K-1 can be up to 90 days now. I don't know how the process for CR-1 works, if it's the same or not.

In about 14 days you should have your case number. Call back in 14 days. I called own Thursday and was told not case was received that day and that they are currently taking 14 days to assign case numbers.
