Hi all,

So we got our 2nd letter with our case number! So much quicker than expected. For everyone who is a little further along in the process, a few questions:

1) How many years of addresses did you have to provide on the DS-260? Was it more than 10? We need to compile it all to have ready if it's more than that.

2) Were there any sites with tips for the DS-260 as a few of the links we've clicked are broken and want to make sure everything is correct!

3) I'm a little bit fuzzy as to what documentation to be getting ready now. Is there a list somewhere on this site that someone could point me to? Like the one available for the I-130. Also, do we just need to have all this evidence gathered for the interview or is it required sooner? (For instance do I need several years of tax returns or simply a letter from my new employer?)

I felt really well researched up to this point and now I feel a bit like I don't know what's to come detail wise. Any help is appreciated!

I just sat down and did it. Think I had about 10 addresses which was painful. Had to estimate some dates though - same with travelling to the US some dates were guesses as I don't have my passport to check the stamps and they were years ago. Other than that it is pretty standard, they were the two annoying sections. Took a while though. Once submitted, you can book the interview :)

When I booked there were quite a few days in October and November was clear to book. Same with the medical, she said 'pick a day' which I did and I got an appointment.

Hi meganf0412

What interview date were available? My NOA2 date was on the 23rd of September, but I haven't received the NOA3 yet. Any information that you could provide on how things have gone so far since received NOA3 would be greatly appreciated, as I am just a few days behind you (at least on paper).

To all:

Our home address has recently changed, and I'm not sure if the NOA3 will get sent to the old address. I've sent a letter to the Consulate and filled out the online contact form, but I haven't received confirmation that they have updated our address. Would anybody know if there is a phone number at the Embassy to call to find out if a case number has been assigned to us? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
