Hi everyone good day to all. I was just wondering if I need to attend my stepdaughter interview or can her grandfather bring her she's 17 yes old. If he can do I have to get any kind of paperwork done stating that he's her guardian thanks for sharing your thoughts

I know it has been done, I just can't remember if the embassy required any documentation. I did some searching on the embassy website and found nothing of value.

I know the Philippines government has requirements

You can send an e-mail to consmanilaniv@state.gov , so they can address your concern accordingly. Like Hank I too do not have your answer. I too believe the child's grandparents can take him on your behalf and If you go that route I would email them a letter from you giving them permission.

If you find out the answer can you return here with the answer. Thanks
