I've seen people on these forums defend it, so I know it to be so: some people are so vehemently racist, hate whites so much, that they refuse to believe if a white cop shoots a black man it was for any other reason than the black man's skin color. Doesn't matter if he was a suspect in a crime, so the stop was warranted. Doesn't even matter if he attacks the cop.

Stats that matter:

Since January 1st, 2016-

7,164 total gun deaths.

171 police officers killed.

963 officer involved shootings where the perpetrator or alleged perpetrator was killed.

Whites killed by blacks is 15%, he can post those lying stats by Trump all he wants, he and Trump is a liar and it has been proven on more than one occasion.

Funny thing is, you don't hear us justifying innocent white people's murder by using crime statistics

But what about murder statistics. White on white murder is 82%. 43% of murders in the U.S. are committed by white people. Why are you only upset when the offender is black and the defender is white.

Justifying the death of an innocent person by someone else's crime stats is purely effing DUMB AS THE DUMBEST

Violent crime is 60.3% white. But keep using crime stats about black people to justify biased, racist views against black people. It is just easy to say I hate black people because I hate their skin color, I hate our great nation was built on their backs and I wish our founding fathers never brought them over, I hate their curly or kinky hair, I hate they tan easily, etc. It should really get tiring of coming up with evasive ways to be racist without being outright racist.

What you fail to mention is that while 43% of murderers are white, here's the part you either left out, or fail to see:

According to the US Department of Justice, blacks accounted for 52.5% of homicide offenders from 1980 to 2008, with whites 45.3% and "Other" 2.2%.

The offending rate for blacks was almost 8 times higher than whites, and the victim rate 6 times higher.

This is because there are fewer blacks than whites in the US today. 63% white, 17% black. There are 3.7 times more whites than blacks in the population, yet blacks commit almost 8 times more murders than whites. To put that into perspective for you, if the population were evenly divided, blacks would murder 23 people for every 1 person who was killed by a white person.

Most homicides were intraracial, with 84% of white victims killed by whites, and 93% of black victims killed by blacks.

Can you see that number at the far right? 93% of blacks are killed by blacks. Yet here we are, arguing that whites are keeping blacks down, killing them wantonly... Yet the numbers don't add up. 16% of the white population are killed by non-whites. 7% of the black population are killed by non-blacks. Those are hard facts. Available on the DOJ as well as other sites. There are not very many blacks being killed by whites. Ergo, it is NOT a race issue that is causing blacks to die. It is infighting, plain and simple. (Mostly)

What sounds stupid to me is people trying to say that race is the main factor whenever a black person is killed. It's hardly ever the case, at least in the reported cases. Cannot possibly be, since only 7% of blacks are killed by non-blacks (hispanics, whites, asians, other).

And not sure I buy into the idea that the police are out of control, wantonly killing innocent people. Does it happen sometimes? Sure. And it needs to be stopped anytime it happens. Cops should go to jail just like the rest of us common folk when they kill inappropriately. That's what our justice system SHOULD be doing.

But here's the rub... Gun homicides are down. Have been going down for years. Sure, we hear about every single one (well, not quite, but nearly so) due to the media and the Internet today. And here's the thing... All of us here are probably innocent. I would imagine none of us have ever killed anyone, nor been shot at or been mugged or really had anything bad done to us by a person of another race. I know I haven't. Not sure why we even argue about all of this. WE are not the issue. It's the crazies out in the big world who are guilty.
