Sorry guys, i know that i have been bothering you guys too much. I read the guide and did some research as well. The guide tells me something different and the research tells me something different. I am conffused. Which for does my Fiance need to take it to her US Consulate. I-134 or I-864 Affidavite and Support form. She will be coming here on Fiance visa. Please Help me.

2-14-2006: I-129F Mailed Express

2-16-2006: TSC recieved it and signed

2-24-2006: NOA 1 recieved

2-27-2006: Check Cashed

5-01-2006: CASE APPROVED!!!!!! NOA2 by E-mail.

5-06-2006: NOA2 by Mail!!!!!!!

5-17-2006: NVC Recieved The Case!!!

5-19-2006: Left The NVC And Was Sent To Consulate..Mumbai, India!!!!!

5-25-2006: Consulate Recieved The Case

6-01-2006: Downloaded Packet 3 was Sent to the Consulate

6-04-2006: Packet 3 was Recieved by the Consulate.

6-08-2006: Packet 3 was recieved at home sent by Consulate

6-30-2006: Packet 4 Recieved

8-21-2006: Interview!!!!

8-21-2006: GOT THE VISA! YAY!

8-31-2006: Enters in USA..POE in Chicago, IL

9-25-2006: Getting Married!! WOOOHOOO!!

AOS JOURNEY:

10-12-2006: I-485 Filed

10-18-2006: NOA 1 Recieved

11-04-2006: Biometric Interview

11-06-2006: Case Transferred to CSC

11-09-2006: CSC Recieved the Case

12-07-2006: Registered to be Approved..

12-13-2006: APPROVED....WITHOUT the Interview!!! WOOHOOO!!!!

Some consulates require one...some the other. I would contact the consulate in India and ask them. http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?letter=I

Dec. 25, 2005 - Went to Phils to meet her the first time

January 7, 2006 - Mailed I-129F to Nebraska Service Center.

January 27, 2006 - Received NOA1.

April 18, 2006 @1859 cst - NOA2 - APPROVED!

July 15, 2006 - Packet 4 received

September1, 2006 - Medical

September 8, 2006 - Interview - APPROVED!

October 15, 2006 - Arrived in USA

November 4, 2006 --- WEDDING!!!

April 20, 2007 - Mailed AOS

May 18, 2007 - Biometrics

July 26, 2007---GREEN CARD!(no interview)

April 13, 2009 - Mailed I-751 for Removal of Conditions

May 5, 2009 - NOA (extension approved)

May 18, 2009 - Biometrics appointment arrived today-scheduled for May 29, 2009

August 13, 2009 - Approval for removal of conditions (originally delayed due to RFE)

August 20, 2009 - 10 year green card arrived in mail

June 9, 2010</ - Treygan Isaiah is born

June, 21, 2010 - My adoption of Nathan is finalized

No lawyers and no problems

THe use of either 1-864 or 1-134 really depends on the consulate you are going through. Your foreign fiance would have to find out what the consulate wants.

Generally though, the 1-134 is used for K1 visas and I-864 is used when you are Adjusting Status for the foreign fiance.
