Just take an average of what you would make each pay cycles and multiply by the number of pay cycles a year.

I'm not self employed though I work for two companies :/ can't I use their pay stubs? And also employee letter right ? I wanna calculate 25,000 and use last two pay stubs and bank account summaries and employee letters but I'm worried. Because it varies. My current calculations say 29,000 with current last two pay stubs but it fluctuates :/

Ah when you said you didn't make enough last year in reply to the self-employed reply, I thought you were self employed. Yes, just average it out. The more paystubs you can show the better, along with letters from employers.

So all I need is pay stubs, letter from employer. And maybe my bank statements from the deposits will help right ?

And I just average out how much I make.

On my pay schedule at my work it tells me what my average hours are per week, and it calculates this for the last year ongoing. Ask your HR if you have something similar which would allow you to calculate more accurately how many hours per week you tend to actually work so you can calculate your pay.
