Hi all, :luv:

I have filed for my AOS, EAD and Travel document last February 29, 2016. I'v done my biometrics last May but my online case status still hasn't changed (On April 1, 2016, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485,). Now I have received RFE for my EAD and Travel document and already sent them the necessary documents. Should I be worried about my case? It has been 2 months since they took my fingerprints but I haven't received any letter informing me of my interview date or if I will ever get one. :clock:

Please enlighten me.

We filed for my husband about a week ahead of you (Feb. 22,2016). We also received an RFIE on May 27. We turned it in on June 8. In our RFIE letter, it said that the case will be on hold until they receive everything they asked for. We got notification about 2 weeks later that his EAD was being printed, and then got it in the mail about 4 days later. So on the website, it says they received the RFIE info on June 8. We're just waiting for them to schedule an interview now. Sounds like you're on track. Good luck!

That's good news. I think there's nothing we can do now but to wait. Thank you :)

Hi,

I filed in October 2015 and am still waiting, though some people that filed later on already got their green cards. I didn't receive any RFEs or anything that may have delayed the process, only a letter in February saying that my case was a potential interview waiver case and that I should expect a decision within six months (ie August) because of workload factors. So I guess one has to be patient. Good luck!
