My visa issued on June 10 2016.Me and my wife have little bit arguments on fone call.my wife call the uscis and a representative came her home and she writes that's stop my husband for travel U.S.she just hold on my visa.but next day embassy call me for returns the visa or visa packet.after one month embassy change my status into refused and next day return to nvc.but my wife writes a latter to nvc and embassy for clearance my visa but today my status changed into return to nvc.now tell me my wife re fill the DS260 on this petition ya re apply my petition

OP wife already asked to withdraw why would she now have a change of heart the USCIS would care to entertain??

US immigration system doesn't work the way our wife want them to work. Your approved visa got revoked because your wife informed USCIS something bad probably something like the marriage is not bonafide or she doesn't want to be with you or that she wants to withdraw the petition not just because she told them that she doesn't want you to travel at this time.

Now just because she wants you back in the US now, she can't simply refill DS 260 like that.

For now, both of you have to wait till your file goes back to USCIS from NVC. USCIS will send a formal notice to your wife about revocation/cancellation or any hold up on this petition. At that time only she can contact USCIS about how to process it again. She will probably have to prove the marriage/relationship is bonafide again.

It was taken as a withdrawl which is why it was ( refused, revoked, sent back ) terminology doesnt really matter as the end result will be the same.

Call it as done send an official withdrawl and resubmit.

Or hire an attorney waste money having them chase their tails only to have to resubmit and explain why the first petition was stopped.

Not only is your country already in the spotlight people wait years to get out of AP and you guys just throw this opportunity in the trash.

Please stop starting new threads; the answer you have been given will not change.

In your other merged threads, you stated that your wife withdrew the petition, the airline refused to let you board with your visa, and you were informed to contact the US Embassy. Did you contact the US Embassy?

When did you get this email? Probably weeks ago when you initially contacted the embassy?

Now, you ceac status is "Returned to NVC" after it was "Refused" yesterday per your post. So seems like its no longer in administrative processing. It's now refused and your file will be sent back to USCIS from NVC and your wife will receive a notice thereafter.

When USCIS receives the petition it will either be closed and denied without a NOID/NOIR (if it was withdrawn by your wife) or your

wife will receive a NOID/NOIR letter to which she has to respond and explain what happened and submit more bona fide evidence.

It all depends on what exactly your wife told USCIS. Just putting a visa on hold whenever you want does not work, either you go forward

or get denied, there is no "Can you prevent my husband from traveling because I am pissed at him" status. Your case shows AP

I find it strange that a representative came to her house to ask questions. This pretty much seals a denial from USCIS.

The don't care about back and forth arguments and changing minds and once withdrawn, that is the end.
Looks like you have to start all over again or wait it out a year to see what will happen to the petition because we don't know

word for word what the conversation was at the home visit and if it was withdrawn in writing or not.
Your wife should be on here posting exactly what happened. This is too vague a description, details matter.
