Removal of Conditions Interview----Possible problens

we have been waiting since May of 15, we were told recently that our case was transferred to philadelphia for interview.

My question is that I don't know what to expect??? We sent it all of the documents that our lawyer said to do. We own two homes together, We are very financially mingled,

I suppose they are supposious about the age difference I'm 67 and she is 37.

we are afraid we will be denied---then what to do??

I'd suggest not to worry about "what if we get denied" if the marriage is real. Even best prepared packages will get interview (but at slightly lower chance). There are a lot of interview posts on internet and vj- I would go through them and be prepared, but most important of all be confident with the process since it's real!

You will not get denied because of the age difference, relax. ROC is slow process.

I would not freak out over an interview or your age difference (I an 54 and Joan is 26). Moderators or others please step in if I am wrong, but it is my understanding that a denial at the ROC phase does not equal deportation--there is an opportunity to go before a judge for the final decision---and the onus of proof is on them to show that the marriage is fraudulent (which it is not). It is a pain in the butt, but try not to lose sleep over it. Good luck and keep your heap up!

Mike - prepare well and carry ample evidence to demonstrate that you have legitimate marriage. Certainly a possibility that USCIS is curious about the age difference. Good luck.
