hello everyone i need some help about online service request because my is already outside normal processing time

i tried to E-request but im confused with form number " i select I765 but there error message : it say You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number."

Are you positive that you put in the correct receipt number? You have to make sure you put in the number for the item you are checking on. Also, double check that autocorrect (if you're on your phone) didn't change the 3 letters in front of the numbers. Ours is through MSC and it always tries to change it to Mac. If you still can't get it through, just call them. I have had good luck speaking to an actual person.

yes i put the correct receipt number its start with MSC + 10 digit number

There are several receipt numbers. I-485 and I-765 have separate receipt numbers from each other although they both start with MSC+. Double check your NOA paper receipt and use the correct one for service request. I just did the service request two weeks ago for my EAD and had no problem.

Can you check the status of your I-765 online tho? What's it said? You can also call USCIS national customer support number and place a service request with an agent if you believe you have the correct receipt number for your EAD.

just want to asked regarding the service request coz i called uscis and they gave me service request how to check if they did service request
