AOS to be submitted- Pls Review?

I will submit my AOS tomorrow but I just wanted to make sure that all documents I have prepared are a-OK. Can anyone review this for me, please?

Note: My husband's salary exceeds the Poverty guidelines. My DS-3025 is still valid & I have checked it carefully & it was filled up correctly by my doctor. I also include the certificate of my vaccination. Anything else that I forget to include?

it looks pretty complete I would say, but you should also double-triple check it with the instructions to all the forms you are submitting. And also I'm not very competent in that cause I'm adjusting not from K-1 visa, but I may give you some advice.

my advice is to attach a cover letter which will state what exactly you have attached and I also wrote "should you need any copies of the documents that are attached hereby, feel free to contact me for I have scanned each page of my application and have it saved on my computer"

and yes, SCAN or make copies of everything you're attaching, so that they will know that everything is in good order and won't return your documents rejected for no reason

moreover there's no need in certified copies of anything unless it's stated so in the instructions of the form. I personally sent a simple photocopy of my marriage certificate and everything else. the only thing that you need is the translation of your birth certificate and it should be written on it and signed by someone else

Did you do a land crossing and have an actual paper I-94? The automated I-94 you print off from online does not need front and back copies, which is why I ask. Also, the I-94 is not required for the EAD and AP. Oh, and just one G-1145 for the whole submission will work to let you know when it is received.

Page 6 of the form, there are questions about the income tax year for 3 years, since we are submitting the recent tax income which is 2015, do we still need to answer the 2014 and 2013 income tax? I have printed out my I94 from the website. I thought the front anc back page are the travel history and arrival record?

Those cover letter samples are years old. The fee for the I-485 has not been $1010 for a few years now. That is back when the I-94s were not automated.

Before they became automated, the I-94s were all paper documents that were stapled into the passport. When you had a paper I-94, you needed to provide a front and back copy of it. What you now print off from the online electronic automated I-94 system, there is nothing on a backside to copy. You just print it. You do not need the extra travel history info from clicking that link.

so happy to read ur post Georgeandgorgia, u did a great job.my target to send the AOS packet is by monday and my list matches yours except I missed on last three salary statements.I sent I-130 on 20 th june and got noa1 for 21 june. I was so exhausted doing i-130 that I didnt even think about the concurrent filing. Now doing AOS....Ahhh neverending work

I have another question, its so confusing which date I should follow. On my passport stamped, my arrival in the US was on 13th May but as per I94 and my eticket it was 14th May which is correct. My POE was Abu Dhabi US Immigration Pre clearance and the day I arrived there was May 13 that's why I think the stamp on my passport was May 13. Should I follow May 13 or May 14? Do you think the USCIS officer that will process my paper will not get confused about it?

ohh Sorry, my bad! As per I94 that I printed I arrived in 13th May 2016 but as per my passport the date was 14th May 2016. I have followed the date as per I94.
